Sergio Aguero suffered another heart scare during a Twitch livestream on Wednesday night.
The Man City and Argentina legend was forced out of action in December 2021 after developing an arrhythmia while playing for Barcelona two months earlier.
Aguero has been regularly seen streaming on Twitch since being forced into early retirement.
However, it was during last night’s broadcast that there was another arrhythmia reminding people why he no longer played soccer.
During the flow Aguero paused for a moment and placed his hand on his chest.
Former Man City star Sergio Aguero suffered from an irregular heartbeat during a live broadcast on Twitch in which he was seen clutching his chest but said he did not need to go see a doctor.

Aguero (pictured with girlfriend Sofia Calzetti) was advised to retire for the sake of his health to prevent further risks of suffering heart problems while playing, and was fitted with a pacemaker.
Aguero was accompanied on the live broadcast by Ibai Llanos – one of the largest live broadcasting companies in Spain.
Janos, noticing Aguero’s short pause and movement to grab his chest, asked, “What’s the matter, man?”
Aguero replied, “I think… I think… I just had an arrhythmia.”
When Janos asked him if they needed to go to the doctor, Aguero said, ‘No, no. Because I have a chip and the famous chip will detect it and send a signal.
Aguero was forced off before half-time in a home match against Alaves at the end of October due to chest discomfort, and was later diagnosed with an arrhythmia and was initially told to rest for three months.
It was then decided that he should retire for the sake of his health to prevent further risks of similar events.
He was fitted with a pacemaker and confirmed his retirement in an emotional press conference at the Nou Camp – just months after joining Barcelona following his legendary stint at Man City.
Aguero wept uncontrollably as he had to reveal the news, with Manchester City boss Guardiola in particular to make the announcement.

Llanos, who was co-hosting broadcasts with Aguero, began to gain his popularity through his Twitch broadcasts and his participation in eSports.
He has built up a massive following online, with over 9 million subscribers on YouTube and 11 million subscribers on Twitch.
His popularity has allowed him to interview athletes, who are not usually known for wanting to speak to the media including Agüero and Gerard Pique.
Janos interviewed Messi on the day he was introduced as a new signing for Paris Saint-Germain in a series that was followed by more than 300,000 followers.
