Former Love Island winner Greg O’Shea has revealed he is engaged to his girlfriend Jeanni Mulder.
The Irish star, 29, first found fame in 2019 after being crowned the winner of the dating show alongside her then partner Amber Gill.
However, six years later, Greg found love with his partner of two years and asked her to be his wife in a romantic New Year’s countdown.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Greg shared the moment he popped the question to a shocked Jeanni as the clocks struck midnight.
Captioning the heartwarming video, in which he broke down in tears when Jeanni said “yes,” Greg wrote: “3, 2, 1… a special way to start the new year .”
The Irish rugby player also shared a series of photos in which his now fiancée wore her dazzling engagement ring.

In the snaps, Jeanni, originally from South Africa, was seen overjoyed as she cuddled up with her future husband in front of an idyllic backdrop.
She showed off her new ring as the couple posed in several loved-up pictures.
Captioning the post, Greg wrote, “We grew up worlds apart and now we spend the rest of our lives together.”
While Jeanni added: ‘wow absolutely blown away by all the love we have received, currently in the happiest love bubble but thank you so much for all your kind messages, we see and appreciate you all and I wish you all the best ‘. Incredible New Year.’
The couple’s post garnered many congratulatory messages from fans and showbiz friends.
The couple’s big moment comes just over two years since they met back in 2022.
Jeanni was inspired to enter Greg’s DMs after meeting a group of Irish girls while traveling in Bali.
Speaking about how they got together, Greg previously explained to EVOKE: ‘The Irish girls said they heard me on a podcast and that Jeanni should message me because we’re both, quote, embarrassing. So, according to Irish women, I’m embarrassing, and so is Jeanni. She slid into my DMs.

He added: “I obviously thought he was fooling me at first. So he contacted me on WhatsApp, then he called me on FaceTime and ended up flying to Dublin.
