A former Rockstar video game designer accused one of his supervisors of touching him, asked him to sit on his lap, and rubbed his thigh on a night out to celebrate joining the company.
Colin Bundschu, 28, says Jeronimo Barrera, 46, aggressively groped him & # 39; in a night club in November 2014 after he had given him alcohol.
Bundschu was a new lease and he and other new recruits had been taken away by Barrera who had flown from New York to Carlsbad, California.
They were working on the game, Red Dead Redemtpion 2, when they met.

According to Bundschu, Barrera, who has a reputation for being “fleeting, excessive, and abrasive,” # 39; to be focused on him during a team dinner and then remained focused on him when the group was in a night club later in the night.
He filed a complaint within a few days, but nothing was done and it has remained a secret so far.
& # 39; He gets up and comes to me, and I don't know how to say it, otherwise he starts aggressively groping on me. Out of nowhere. There was no warning, nothing; he just goes for it.
Barrera, who is married to a woman, left the company in 2018 after 20 years as Vice President of Development.
Bundschu stopped the following year with the claim that HR did nothing to support him.
His allegations were reported this week by Kotaku.
Bundschu remembered how he volunteered to go to the dance floor with Barrera after being told repeatedly by other older workers that he shouldn't upset him & # 39; or was at risk of being fired.
Sources in the company told Kotaku that Barrera, who helped develop iconic Grand Theft Auto games, was unpredictable and temperamental.
Reportedly, he threatened to regularly fire off lower employees and was known to get drunk during corporate events.
On the night in question, Bundschu says they met in the office during the day and he liked him.
& # 39; He introduced himself to me by asking: "Have you played the current version of the game?"
Bundschu had just been hired as a designer by Rockstar Games and was working on Red Dead Redemption 2 when he said the incident happened
& # 39; I said, "Yes, I've played the whole thing before." He said, "That's good, because I had to fire people because I hadn't done that before," he said.
At dinner, Barrera ignored other guests and only spoke to him, he said.
& # 39; He is only talking to me, and the other two men cannot convey it in one word, & # 39; he said.
When they arrived at the nightclub, they arranged a table with bottle service.
Bundschu says that he had received three drinks from his new boss, but that he was not drunk.
On the dance floor, he said he made his first move.
& # 39; He gets up and comes to me, and I don't know how to say it, otherwise he starts aggressively groping on me.
& # 39; Out of the blue. There was no warning, nothing; he just goes for it. I was just panicking … It felt like an eternity, but it couldn't take more than a few minutes, & he said.
He said Barrera then stopped dancing and sat down in the booth again, spread his legs and motioned to Bundschu to sit on his lap.
& # 39; I think: & # 39; What are my options? A) I get fired if I don't do something, and B) he wants me to touch him, what I don't do, or C) maybe I can do something else.
& # 39; I am like, & # 39; Okay, well, I can probably just give him a lap dance without touching him, & what I did … I know it sounds awful, but what do you do?
Bundschu says he & # 39; so many & # 39; had given up doing the job and was afraid he would lose it if he did not comply with what Barrera wanted. Neither works at Rockstar anymore
& # 39; F ** k. it was as if I had just started. I had given up so much for this job, & he said.
Bundschu says he left a long-term girlfriend in Seattle to travel for the & # 39; dream job & # 39 ;.
After a few seconds, he said another employee told him to stop dancing.
He then claims to have sat & # 39; 20 minutes & # 39; alone, staring into a glass of water, afraid he was about to be fired, until Barrera & # 39; approached him again & # 39 ;.
He says he moved next to him and started rubbing his thigh.
& # 39; I am holding my drink there and my hands are shaking. I remember looking down and seeing the water in the glass shake, & he said.
Another employee told him to stop, he said, and Barrera moved back to the other side of the table.
Bundschu claimed that when he got up to leave, Barrera later said: & # 39; You're not leaving, are you? & # 39;
One person who was there told the website that they saw Barrera grinding on the other man's leg & # 39 ;.
Two days after the incident, he said he told HR who promised to investigate, but when they asked everyone who was there, they said they couldn't remember, he claims.
Barrera then completely denied the incident.
Through a lawyer, he denied that the claims against Kotaku and Take-Two Interactive, the parent company, said it had investigated the claims and discovered that they had no merit.
Neither responded to questions from DailyMail.com on Wednesday morning.
