Age is just a number! Melissa Doyle (pictured) plans to tackle the stigma surrounding aging through an honest dialogue with her friend Naima Brown as the two will launch their podcast called Age Against the Machine.

“I turned 50 last year, so it was just one of those conversations that I don’t think we always have openly in society in general and among friends, male colleagues, female colleagues and family members.”

She also told the publication that as men get older, they are almost celebrated, with people like George Clooney being called ‘silver foxes’.

In contrast, she argues that as a society, “I don’t think we’ve embraced that enough in women.”

Mel’s podcast announcement comes just months after an Instagram post she shared in February left fans shocked after she confirmed she was turning 51 alongside a photo of herself showing off her timeless face.

The blonde host looked absolutely incredible in the photo, showing off her smooth skin and radiant smile – with one fan even claiming she ‘still looked 21’.

Alongside the image, Melissa wrote: ’51 years on this planet and I embrace every experience, smile line, challenge and opportunity.
