Rebecca shared her home workout routine with fans on Instagram last month.

The former 3 p.m. Pick-Up host alternates burpees, bike crunches, jumping squats, alternating leg splits, and Russian twists.

As part of her HIIT training session, she continues with jumping lunges, planks, squatholds, rock climbers, and heel touches.

The Jaggad co-founder performs each exercise for 50 seconds, with a 10-minute rest in between, for two full rounds.

The wife of AFL great Chris Judd said last month that she believes women can have everything, but they must be willing to change their priorities.
