NRL star Jack de Belin was hit last year by two new allegations about the alleged rape of a teenager.
De Belin, 28, was accused of serious sexual violence following the alleged attack on a 19-year-old woman in a unit in the early hours of December 9.
The police claim that he had had sexual intercourse with the woman without her permission and in the company of his friend Callan Sinclair.
De Belin pleaded not guilty of the rape in February, but the NSW police confirmed that he will be accompanied by two prosecuting states of an aggravated assault if he stands in court in Wollongong on Wednesday.
It is clear that the new charges relate to the same alleged victim during the same sexual encounter.

The fiancé of De Belin Alyce Taylor (left) – who was pregnant when her partner allegedly raped a woman on December 9 last year – continued to support the NRL star amid the allegations
The police will claim that Shellharbour Sharks player Callan Sinclair was the other person who was present.
Sinclair has not added any extra costs, he was accused in December of serious sexual violence in company.
According to the police, the Belin said to his friend: "Come on, try it while raping the young woman on a bed.
De Belin's fiancé, Alyce Taylor, who was pregnant at the time of the alleged attack by her partner, continued to support the NRL star in the midst of the allegations.
In May, Belin was banned from playing in the NRL until his trial was completed, putting St George Illawarra Lock's career at the crossroads.
De Belin has previously argued that the ban could end his NRL career with a lawsuit against the costs of rape that have the potential to work on for more than a year.
