Broncos star Ezra Mam (pictured) is due to appear in a Brisbane court next month after allegedly failing two drug tests when he crashed his car into another vehicle in October.
He underwent further tests to confirm the first result. The second sample reportedly tested positive on Tuesday.
Mom has been charged with one count of driving while the relevant drug is present in the blood and one count of operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
He was reportedly moving house when the accident occurred in the inner-north Brisbane suburb of Bardon.
The Uber passengers were mother and daughter.
The mother claimed that she and her four-year-old daughter were hospitalized after the accident and that the girl suffered a broken hip in the incident.
