Melbourne Demons star Bayley Fritsch’s heartwarming marriage proposal was accepted by girlfriend Natalie Perin during a romantic post-season vacation in Hawaii.
On Wednesday, the AFL sharpshooter confirmed he had popped the question to his teammate and posted a series of photos on Instagram.
“I can’t wait to spend forever with you,” the couple posted.
The couple also uploaded a video clip of Fritsch proposing near a hot tub, with flowers scattered on the ground.
In traditional style, he got down on one knee and presented Natalie with a ring and the couple hugged afterward.
Friends, family and fans were quick to congratulate the couple.
‘Congratulations guys! Great result,” posted one follower.
‘So happy for you two!’ said another.
