Football great Corey Parker’s wife revealed her disgusting act on their wedding night – and he was fully dressed when it happened.

Brisbane radio identity Margaux Parker, who has been married to the Broncos legend since 2008, set the stage on Triple M’s Breakfast show with Marto, Margaux and Dan on Thursday as the panel discussed some very dirty topic.

“I have a story from our wedding night,” he began. ‘As we walked down the hotel hallway towards our room, Corey saw the remains of someone’s room service.

‘It was a half-eaten BLT sandwich. I said, “Don’t you dare,” but she picked it up and started chewing it right there in the hallway.

She continued: ‘He ate someone else’s room service which was already half consumed. What animal!

The revelation came after Parker’s co-hosts talked about whether it’s ever okay to eat out of the trash.

The happy couple renewed their wedding vows in a surprise ceremony during their 15th anniversary last November, celebrating the occasion surrounded by their four children: Memphis, Wylei, Jagger and River.

In February this year, the Queensland veteran of 19 State of Origin games declared that he is “without a doubt” suffering from the effects of a fatal brain disease, chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE).

CTE is a degenerative brain disorder that has strong links to repeated blows to the head and can only be diagnosed after death.

It can cause dementia, personality changes, and suicidal thoughts, and there is no cure or treatment.

“This CTE is the word that’s obviously being used and rightly so – it’s real,” Parker, 42, said on SEN.

‘I do not have any doubt; I have no doubt in my tenure as a rugby league player that I have symptoms, I have symptoms of CTE.

But it is something that cannot be understood until, obviously, post-mortem.

“You can’t expect to play a sport with a lot of collisions, (and) for (about) 20 of those years at a high level, and not have some kind of side effects.

“You can try to manage different things, but the damage has already been done, right?”

Parker’s somber revelation comes after NRL icon Wally Lewis spoke about how his life has been affected by the symptoms of a probable case of CTE.
