Footballers Cortnee Vine and Taylor Ray at the FC Sky Blue Ball in Sydney

Football stars Cortnee Vine and Taylor Ray stun in black evening looks as they lead the celebrations at Sydney’s FC Sky Blue Ball

The best of football were in effect Friday night.

The captain of the FC Sky Blue Ball at The Star in Sydney was W-League player Cortnee Vine.

The athlete stunned in a black frock that matched her figure, with a bold deep V-neck that showed some skin.

Cortnee took home the prestigious A-League Women’s Members’ Player of the Year Award, and she posed proudly holding it on the red carpet.

Sydney FC player Taylor Ray also chose black for the occasion, which turned heads in a crop top with gold chain straps.

Paired with a matching skirt, she looked delighted as she showed off her Fujitsu Under 20 Player of the Year Award.

The men put on a good show too, with England footballer and Sydney FC player Adam Le Fondre receiving the Under Armor A-League Men’s Golden Boot Award.

Sydney FC central midfielder Anthony Caceres took home the A-League Men’s Members’ Player of the Year Award.

Head of Operations at Sydney FC, Anthony Scaltrito, won the Sydney FC Chairman’s Award.
