Crosley MacEachen, 18, is accused of undressing and raping a girl while she was sleeping
A star soccer player at a prestigious $16,100-a-year private school in Ohio “clothed and raped a teenage girl while she slept weeks before Christmas,” prosecutors say.
Eighteen-year-old Crosley MacEachen is charged with rape, sexual acts and abusive sexual imposition.
Prosecutors say he encountered the unconscious girl, who has not been identified, in a bedroom in a home in Symmes Township, Ohio.
There he would have undressed her naked and started having sex with her.
His attorney, Scott Croswell III, did not immediately return a request for comment.
The victim claims she woke up around 5 a.m. on Dec. 2 to find MacEachen on top of her during intercourse, according to court records.
“She pushed him off her and realized she was naked, despite the fact that she was wearing clothes when she went to sleep,” the archivist said. Cincinnati Enquirer reported first, continued.
MacEachen had recently graduated from the $16,100-a-year Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, where he was a star soccer player. The school said in a statement it is “saddened for the individuals and families affected by this alleged incident.”
It wasn’t the first act of impropriety MacEachen allegedly committed against the unnamed victim, who says he grabbed her ass a month earlier in the bedroom of another house, this time in Sycamore Township.
She then sat down on the bed, but when she tried to get up, he “pushed her back down,” according to the documents, and then ran out of the house and waited in her car for him to leave.
MacEachen played cornerback and wide receiver for the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy last season, where he averaged 17 yards per catch, according to the school, and was signed to play for the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in the fall.

“Crosley is one of the most dynamic footballers I have had the pleasure of coaching. Every time he touched the ball, everyone’s eyes widened a little bit,” his former coach KC Woods said at the time. “He’s also one of the brightest football minds I’ve coached. He understands the game as well as most coaches. Crosley will have a remarkable career for NAIA powerhouse St. Francis.”
However, those plans might not materialize after MacEachen’s arrest in June. The university did not immediately return a request for comment.

It’s not the first time the school has made headlines. In 2013, teacher Jamie Climie was forced to resign after nude photos of her surfaced on revenge porn websites Dirty.com and My Ex.
She was then arrested for filing a false police report in 2014 after saying her phone had been stolen, the christian mail reported.
Authorities discovered that married Climie had sent the photos to a man she had been having an affair with and that her phone had never been stolen.
MacEachen is out for a $100,000 bond and is due to appear in court again on Wednesday for a preliminary hearing.
