In June, the music legend slammed Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour, suggesting she doesn’t sing live.

During one of his concerts, he told the crowd: “We like to call our tour ‘The Errors Tour’ because I feel like we’ve had more than a few eras and more than a few fucking mistakes, too.”

And he proceeded to joke: “That’s because we actually play live.”

As some concert-goers booed, he replied: “What? I’m just saying. You guys like raw, live rock ‘n’ roll music, right? You came to the right place.”

Just before making the accusation, Grohl admitted to having “joked about Taylor Swift’s tour before” and not wanting to “suffer Taylor Swift’s wrath.”

The day after her comment, Swift appeared to respond to her claim and thanked her band and crew for working tirelessly to make the Eras Tour special for fans.

Swift asked her fans to cheer on each of her band members and crew, who she said “live for you for 3.5 hours” at every show.

“They deserve it so much,” she said enthusiastically. “And so do all my fellow artists. And they gave it to us with such generosity that we will never forget it.”
