Jeffrey Epstein repeatedly raped a Florida real estate agent with the help of Ghislaine Maxwell, in front of her eight-year-old son, and then threatened to feed her to alligators when she said she would report the crime, according to a new lawsuit.

The Turkish-born woman was 26 when the attacks began in January 2008.

They went on for at least five months, culminating in Epstein forcing the woman to undergo vaginal surgery to make her appear as a virgin. The surgery, she said, was performed “ in the home of a wealthy person by a man with a Russian accent, ” and left her mutilated and permanently damaged.

The court documents obtained by The Miami Herald, filed March 22. A hearing is scheduled in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday.

Epstein died by suicide in August 2019, aged 66, while awaiting trial in prison. His estate is facing numerous civil lawsuits.

Maxwell, 59, his former girlfriend and alleged accomplice, was arrested in New Hampshire in July and is currently in prison in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

On Monday, Maxwell was charged with trafficking a 14-year-old girl for sex.

The Turkish woman was older than some of the other prosecutors, but court documents said she looked much younger and was told to tell the men she was trafficked to that she was 17.

She said she met Epstein and Maxwell sometime in late 2006 or early 2007 at a barbecue hosted by her employer, who knew Epstein well.

Her boss told her Epstein wanted to rent a home in the area, and she found Epstein a place for $ 10,000 a month. He paid in cash, she claimed, and she was ordered not to identify the tenant.

Epstein told her he wanted to hire her to work for him, and began showering her with gifts and promises to find her and her then-husband “ high-ranking ” jobs, the Miami Herald reported.

In mid-2007, Maxwell took her passport into ‘custody’.

The woman said she later learned that Epstein kept it in a locked box on his Palm Beach estate.

In January 2008, after repeated requests from Maxwell, the woman – also a trained hairdresser – agreed to go to Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion and give him a haircut.

She arrived at the house to find Epstein naked. With Maxwell’s help, the paper says, Epstein raped her and threatened her with the weapons he kept at home to end her resistance.

He gave her $ 200 after the attack.

When she said she would call the police, Maxwell claimed she had already called the police and two men arrived claiming to be officers.

They threatened to arrest her for prostitution, take her son and deport her, according to the charges.

Epstein and Maxwell got into the prosecution’s car and ordered her to drive and pick up her eight-year-old son on the way. They stopped at a waterway full of alligators.

Epstein then led the plaintiff to the water, telling her in explicit details that – as happened to other women in the past, according to the couple – she would end up in this water and devoured if she ever revealed what Epstein had her. affected, ”says the suit.

The woman said she was taken to a hotel in Naples, Florida, where she was repeatedly raped by Epstein and Maxwell in front of her son for several days.

She claims they threatened and intimidated her over the next five months through May 2008 by highlighting Epstein’s influence on the FBI, immigration authorities, and Florida state and local law enforcement.

She was repeatedly photographed and filmed naked and engaged in lewd activities during this time, she said.

Epstein promised to help her husband get a job with the FBI, and used that incentive and others as leverage to force her to have sex with other men, including an older, heavyset man named “ Walter, ” and another older man who said he was a local judge.

In April 2008, she was ordered to keep a sealed box for Epstein, which she was instructed never to open or that she would be killed.

She also got burner phones and other electronic devices that Epstein was trying to hide from law enforcement agencies.

Maxwell recalled the materials after a month.

In May 2008, she was charged to the house for vaginal surgery against her will, at the request of a “ high profile client. ”

She did not indicate when the abuse ended.

Epstein’s attorneys at the time were negotiating a plea deal with prosecutors about sex crimes.

He was convicted on June 30, 2008 and immediately sent to Palm Beach County Jail, where he would serve 13 months, much of which was released from a nonprofit he had set up in West Palm Beach.

Epstein completed his sentence in 2009 and was released until he was re-charged in July 2019 on sex trafficking charges in New York’s Southern District.

Maxwell’s attorney has not commented on the latest case.
