A Florida man threatened his neighbors with an AR-15 gun and hit their front door aggressively after he thought they were riding on his lawn, the authorities say.
The Sherate’s Office of the Manatee County says that Michael Boston, 66, became furious after believing his neighbors were riding across his lawn at Mill Creek Road in Bradenton.
Although Boston did not know his neighbors personally and did not see the alleged incident, he suspected that they were the cause of the traces in his garden.
Boston approached the victims’ house and started banging on their door. This led to a verbal argument between a victim and Boston, WWSB reports.
In response, Boston began to walk back to his house and said he would “shoot that mother *****” pointing to the victim.
A second person in the house called 911 and while on the phone with authorities, they looked out the window and saw Boston coming to the house with an AR-15.
The two neighbors were hiding in the back of the house awaiting delegates and Boston started banging on the front door with the AR-15 in hand.
Because the Boston victims could hear the front door beating, they realized he had bypassed their screened porch to gain access to the area.

When delegates arrived, Boston had retired to his home across the street and the victims were still in their homes.
Boston was arrested behind his house and detained without further incidents.
He has been charged with two crime counts for using a deadly weapon without the intention of killing and is being held without bail in a local prison.
It does not seem that someone was injured during the incident and nobody was transported to a medical center.
Boston is expected to attend the court on March 13.
