“They’re super delicious and you can dip them in any spread or sauce you want… melted Biscoff spread, Nutella, salted caramel sauce, or even pistachio sauce,” she said.
With butter, sugar, flour, eggs and chocolate, she explained in the post, the recipe makes 24 scrumptious bars and takes just 25 minutes to cook.
Eloise starts by whipping the butter and sugar before adding her eggs and the vanilla essence.
She then adds the flour, salt and baking soda to the mix before gently folding it – being careful not to over-mix.
Once it’s ‘just combined’, the baker adds the chocolate chips, before scooping it into a bowl and topped with more milk chocolate bites.
She says it’s important to let the cookie mixture cool after baking, because then it can harden and become firm.

How do I make the cookie dippers?
225 g unsalted butter, softened
150 g light brown sugar
75 g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
300 g flour
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 tsp salt
250 grams of chocolate chips
50g chocolate for the top
Preheat the oven. Add the softened butter, brown sugar and white sugar to a bowl and mix until light and fluffy. Then add two eggs and the vanilla and mix until combined.
Then add the flour, salt and baking soda to the mix and fold until just combined.
Then fold through the chocolate chips.
Spoon the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and smooth it out.
Cover with more chocolate chips, then bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool in the tin before chopping into 25 bars and serve with sauce of your choice.
