Fitness influencer Sarah Stevenson, who visits Sarah’s Day online, has shared her five-ingredient smoothie recipe.
The Australian wellness vlogger said the green smoothie bowl recipe helps support the immune system and digestion, increase phytonutrient intake and consume high-quality chlorophyll.
She simply mixes a cup of frozen mango, half a cup of frozen avocado and coconut milk with a tablespoon of Tropeaka’s cookie dough protein and superfood veggies + D powders.

Sarah transferred the mixture to a bowl and sprinkled with crushed cashews, coconut flakes and dried berries.
The 28-year-old mother of two said the smoothie bowl is perfect for those who struggle to get their daily intake of fruits and vegetables in.
The video has been viewed more than 278,000 times since it was posted to Instagram earlier this month, and many fans said they’d love to try the healthy smoothie.

Sarah’s green smoothie recipe
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen avocado
1 tbsp Tropeaka cookie dough fit protein
1 tbsp Tropeaka superfood greens + D
Add the mango, avocado, Tropeka powders and a glass of coconut milk to a blender and blend until smooth
Crush a small handful of cashew nuts in a mortar and pestle
Place the smoothie mix in a bowl and top with crushed cashew nuts, a pinch of coconut flakes and dried berries
