What does Kayla Itsines eat during her pregnancy?
The expectant mother said that many women asked her what type of food she eats to stay healthy.
& # 39; A few things I eat every week to keep me energetic are lentil soup, pasta with red sauce, home-made pizza, boiled vegetables with lemon, home-made spinach and cheese cake plus salad with most meals, & # 39; she said.
& # 39; I also try to eat grilled seafood, home-grown fruit, and sushi. & # 39;
& # 39; So this is something I have been thinking about for weeks. I would like to answer your questions or upload photos & # 39; s of muffin, & she said.
& # 39; This could change in the future, but at the moment I would like to say that I do not want to do it on a regular basis.
& # 39; I have clearly been very open with my pregnancy trip so far, but I want to make it very clear, I am not a blogger or pregnancy lifestyle expert.
& # 39; I am a personal trainer for millions of women around the world and that will always be the focus of this Instagram. & # 39;
While Kayla – who is going to be a mother for the first time in May – admits she is happy to share some birth pictures of her newborn girl's arrival, she made it clear that it will end there.
& # 39; My focus offline as always is my family. That's why I won't post much about my daughter, & she said.
& # 39; However, I will post photos after she is born, but this will not be a normal / daily occurrence. I want to keep that part of my life as private as possible.
& # 39; My goal is to offer the best health and fitness content to as many women as possible. & # 39;
