Fitness influencer Sophie Guidolin’s gross act at the gym as she jokes it could be the reason why she is still single

Sophie Guidolin has joked about the reason she is still single as she shared a photograph from her latest workout on Thursday.

The 34-year-old influencer took to her Instagram stories to give an insight into her fitness fanatic lifestyle as she shared a photograph of herself mid-weight session.

She posted a photo showing her foot injury as she sat on the gym floor as blood could be seen through her socks as she appeared to have blistered her heels.

Sophie wore chunky white sports socks with a pair of Louis Vuitton mules as she opted for the bizarre choice of training footwear so as not to injure her feet further.

She sat next to a scale as she appeared to pull through and continued with her workout despite her bloody feet.

In an accompanying caption, she joked: ‘I mean… I can’t really explain why I’m single… (laughing emojis).’

Her latest post comes just days after she raised eyebrows by flaunting her youthful looks and claiming she has been asked out by teenage boys.

The mum-of-four shared a video of herself posing in activewear and cycling in her bikini, alongside an audio clip of a comedian joking about looking young despite being ‘old’.

She captioned the photo: ‘POV: The lady in Adairs asked me today if I’m ‘moving away from my parents’ today.

‘Then I had an 18, yes 18 year old ask me out… Dude… you’re almost my son’s age AND a 22 year old said she thought I was her age today when she asked me for coffee.

‘I’m sorry but what’s up hahahaha (how do I change my hinge choice… asking for a friend),’ she wrote, adding the hashtag ‘#imold’.

She also recently bizarrely claimed to be 30 years old, even though she was actually 34.

In October, Sophie shared a video to her Instagram stories about how excited she was to buy cheap glass jars at Coles.

“These are really 30 guys,” she joked in the caption, adding: “Tell me you’re a single 30-year-old who spends his whole life doing computer programming.”
