According to artificial intelligence, a Brazilian fitness influencer is a perfect 10.
Karol Rosalin, 25, earned the honor of possessing “the perfect body” after an AI model analyzed the São Paulo native’s well-being, health and strength, taking into account her symmetry, proportions and aesthetic harmony.
“She has the perfect body by definition and is ideal in this fitness world,” Playboy Australia announced in a recent Instagram post.
Rosalin, who has more than 700,000 followers on Instagram, attributed her physique to following a strict diet and hitting the gym religiously.
“Seeing the results in the mirror is already a victory,” she told the magazine.
“To be recognized as the ‘Perfect Fitness Woman’ is incredible!”
Rosalin recalled that she had no idea what she was doing when she first started training eight years ago.
‘In the beginning I didn’t really know how to train. “I have had periods where I was thinner or more muscular,” she said.
“But today I found the balance for my body.”

Rosalin said she stays fit by participating in aerobics classes every day and eating meals consisting of fruits, vegetables, oats and chicken.

Rosalin, who also creates adult content, said she strength trains five days a week.

By calling Rosalin the ‘Perfect Fitness Woman’, Playboy Australia found that she represented a trend of women with less muscular bodies.
A recent survey by the magazine found that 80 percent of men preferred women who were not as muscular, while emphasizing a lifestyle that was more attainable and balanced.
