Kayla Itsines was injured in an unexpected way.
The 33-year-old fitness influencer took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to reveal that she had cut her forehead while putting on clothes in the morning.
In the video posted to Instagram, Kayla explained: “I normally put on clothes, even sports bras. I put them on weirdly. I just put them on.”
“And today, while I was trying on a top, I thought: ‘I’ll just put it on over my head like a normal person…’
The fitness guru paused for a second before showing off the cut on her forehead.
“I cut my head off on the label!” he exclaimed.
Kayla later explained that the injury came at the worst possible time.
“And the best thing of all is that today I’m going to Europe,” he said.

This comes after Kayla recently suffered a nasty eye infection when she visited a children’s play centre.
She went to the children’s activity centre during the school holidays with her five-year-old daughter Arna, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Tobi Pearce.
Kayla took to social media to reveal to her 15.8 million followers that she had contracted conjunctivitis, also known as “pink eye.”
Kayla explained that the outage happened at the worst possible time: before a trip to Europe.
“Well… somehow I ended up with pink eye,” she captioned her post, which documented Arna having a fun time at the play center.
‘I’m better now, but who will tell Arna that we will never go again?’
“I recently took the kids to a play centre during their school break (because they were begging me to go) and EVERYONE told me not to because apparently they are a breeding ground for gastroenteritis and conjunctivitis,” Kayla added.
‘I even did some research to find a place that showed videos of how they clean everything daily.’
