Kayla Itsines shared an adorable video of her five-year-old daughter Arna comforting her on Tuesday when she became bedridden with a stomach virus.
The 33-year-old fitness guru, who shares her eldest son with ex-fiancé Tobi Pearce, uploaded the clip to her Instagram Stories the following day.
She saw her beloved son enter silently into her bedroom, dressed in a very elegant outfit, and offer his sick mother something to hug during her illness.
The video began as the growing little girl slowly poked her head through Kayla’s door while wearing a sweet pink dress with a white cardigan and a straw hat.
Seeing her mother awake, Arna quickly entered the room next to her mother and pointed at something off-camera.
“So if you need me just hold this, but I won’t know, but just hold it and then you’ll feel like I’m with you,” he said before quickly walking out again.
Kayla captioned the home video: “24 hours ago. She kept coming into my room in different outfits. (This was the height of my upset stomach).”
This comes after Kayla and husband Jae Woodroffe, with whom she shares second son Jax, one, enjoyed a luxurious getaway to Europe in August.

The happy couple, who tied the knot in December, were spotted getting PDA-ed on a beach in Sicily last month as they enjoyed their stay in the hilltop town of Taormina.
Before leaving for Sicily, the newlyweds visited Crete in Greece and enjoyed a visit to London, but not everything was rosy during their trip to the UK.
At the time, Kayla issued an urgent warning to other tourists when she revealed she had discovered an “unreal” sinister side to the English capital.
In the clip, Arna is seen quietly entering Kayla’s bedroom, dressed in a very elegant outfit, and offering her sick mother something to cuddle during her illness.
On Instagram, she detailed how she had witnessed several robberies within hours of arriving in the bustling city.
“We saw, on four different occasions, in two hours, people steal something and RUN,” he explained.
‘We asked a random security guard if it was serious and he said: “Every day I’m here and I see people’s phones being stolen. iPads from children, from elderly people, from schoolchildren, they don’t care.”
Kayla and Jae tied the knot in December during a lavish outdoor wedding in Adelaide before moving to sunny Queensland from South Australia a month later.
