Fitness expert explains how eight simple body changes have transformed her abs and derriere in 10 weeks
A fitness expert who shared a two-month transformation photo of her slim body online revealed that she did it by giving up her gym membership and adding more protein to her diet.
Georgie Stevenson, 25, law degree and YouTuber, has made a name for himself in the sports industry by launching her own range of natural supplements.
The Queensland-based businesswoman completed a number of tasks related to her Naked Harvest brand in November last year when she decided to “prioritize her health.”
The results were evident in just 10 weeks with Georgie commenting on her firmer abs and toned posterior, which came about as a result of eight simple lifestyle changes she made.

‘In the first photo I was hard at work and just wanted to concentrate on my work. But in the second photo I returned to my health and made some necessary changes because I was in a new season of my life, “she said.

So what did Georgie do?
1. Priority sleep
During the ‘bustle’ of 2019, Georgie turned off her laptop late at night and went to sleep with all the tasks she had to do the next day.
So for eight hours of continuous sleep, the young entrepreneur began to drink magnesium hot chocolate – because magnesium can improve sleep quality – and turn off her electronic devices at 6 p.m.
“It’s so much easier to prioritize your health if you’ve slept well because you’re not moody and craving sugary foods,” she said.

2. Managed her stress levels
Although Georgie naturally takes on many projects and therefore receives a slight amount of fear, she had to hold on to how much she put on her plate.
To do this, the enthusiastic organizer began to write down 3-5 tasks she wanted to accomplish every day and checked them after she had finished them, which was “good for her heart.”
In this way she did not look at tasks that caused her unnecessary stress in the coming weeks.
3. Added more protein to her diet
At the end of last year, Georgie ate more vegan meals and forgot to supplement her regular proteins with a vegetable variety.
Although she is not strictly vegan, she wanted to reduce her consumption of meat for the environment, but knows that she needs to be more aware of what she eats.
Now she contains protein-rich tofu and shakes to keep her level.

4. Meals prepared snacks and dishes
Georgie is sent Hello Fresh to her house every week, so she doesn’t always have to come up with original dishes.
Instead, she simply prepares the vegetables delivered with the delivery – grater carrot and zucchini – at the beginning of the week and makes a homemade snack to help her through the week.
One of her favorites is a delicious and nutritious protein banana bread, but in the past she has also made delicious balls.

5. Added more vegetables to her diet
During her ‘bustle’, Georgie only managed a handful of spinach in her morning smoothie, so she knew she needed to eat more vegetables.
Now she is trying to take two portions at both lunch and dinner, so that she gets enough fiber during the day.
Hello Fresh meals usually contain more than two portions per meal, so she relies on their services to keep her on track.
6. Found an exercise that matched her style and schedule
While 2019 was filled with hour-long gym sessions and heavy weights, Georgie stepped back in January to see how much time she wasted taking on gym workouts.
“It would take 15 minutes to drive there, and 15 back, on top of getting ready and actually doing the training,” she said.
It was a precious time for her not to return, so the bustling blonde bought five kilos of weights from Kmart and dug out her yoga mat to train at home instead.
None of them were more than 30 minutes long and she would try to do them in the morning when she felt most inspired.

7. Drink much more water
Georgie has a 650 ml water bottle with her to ensure that she constantly swallows her required intake for the day.
She sets an alarm on her phone that tells her how much water she should have been drinking by a certain time and tries to follow it closely.
The 25-year-old uses a bottle with a suction tip, so she doesn’t have to tilt her head back to drink.

8. Be patient and consistent
One of the most important factors in the 10-week change was learning to be patient until she began to see results.
That meant preparing a meal every week, increasing her protein and vegetable intake every day and completing a home workout every morning.
“We know the basics of what we have to do, so wait a minute,” she said.
