"Exercise is a big part of me and what I love to do, whether it's a structured workout or just doing active things throughout the day," he said.

"I try to do my training first thing in the morning before my husband goes to work so that he is home with my son and because it is less likely to happen if I do not do it first thing in the morning.

"So often that means wake-up calls early in the morning for me." Otherwise, I simply involve my son with me at home, which is usually a HIIT training of some kind because they are fast and make your heart beat and sweat.
