Chelsea Becirevic has given her followers a shocking insight into what she thought about her time working for Emirates airline in Dubai this year.

Chelsea Becirevic has launched a shocking accusation against the airline that hired her when she left Australia to start a new life as a flight attendant in the Middle East.

Port Power star Ivan Soldo’s girlfriend made headlines in May when she announced she was leaving Adelaide to start a new career in the United Arab Emirates, writing: “I always wanted to work for Emirates, live in Dubai and travel the world .So that’s exactly what I’m going to do.”

His confession that living in Adelaide had “been a struggle for me” and that the city “just isn’t for me permanently” raised eyebrows, but within four months, he returned to Australia after the move didn’t pan out.

Becirevic said she returned because she “hated” being in a long-distance relationship with Soldo and “missed Australia so much.”

However, she revealed a new reason for her career decline in a Q&A with her 67,000 Instagram followers this week.

When a fan asked if Emirates airline has a ‘toxic’ work environment, she didn’t mince her words and replied: ‘Toxic af (like fuck) IYKYK (if you know, you know). It’s a shame, honestly.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Becirevic and Emirates for comment.

When she first announced her return home, the 24-year-old said: “I made some amazing friends in Dubai and I’m so glad I did, even during the short time I was there.” I miss you girls.’

He also said the job at Emirates was “fun while it lasted.”

“It’s a great way to meet so many different people and have a little fun,” he added.

‘If you want to travel, it’s a great way to do it. But he’s definitely very glamorous online.

“But I was very homesick and found work very isolating.”

Becirevic opened up about what the future holds for her and Soldo in an exclusive interview the couple did with Daily Mail Australia earlier this month.

“At the moment I’m just around my family, trying to settle into Adelaide and getting the house in order right now and making plans for the future,” he said.

Soldo added that he tells his girlfriend “all the time” that she should get into modeling, and Becirevic cryptically added that she is “working on some things” and “can’t really say much right now.”

In her Instagram Q&A she also revealed that she and Soldo will be moving into their new property in Adelaide “in a few weeks”.

Becirevic’s experience with Emirates is in stark contrast to what another Australian flight attendant experienced with the airline.

Alexandra Cosoff revealed that she is delighted with her salary and conditions.

Like the football WAG, he lives in Dubai, where he pays no income tax.

Cosoff explained that newcomers as hosts earn an average of $5,000 a month if they only work in economy class, and that number increases if they spend hours in business or first class.

That means he takes home at least $60,000 a year, the equivalent of a tax-paying Australian worker earning $78,000.

Additionally, hosts pay nothing for basic living expenses.

“We are very well cared for,” he said.

He explained that he spends most of his money on fun things like traveling as he doesn’t have to pay high taxes, rent or utility bills like he would in Australia.

Since Alexandra has been with the company for 10 years, her salary is even more generous.

‘I live in my own apartment. You can get company-provided accommodation or opt for an accommodation subsidy.’

‘I’ve been very lucky. “I had a wonderful time,” he added.
