Fifi Box was shocked to discover she had been named Australia’s friendliest Breakfast radio presenter on Thursday.

The radio presenter, 47, was in a state of complete disbelief as her co-hosts Brendan Fevola and Nick Cody celebrated her new title.

On Thursday, the Australian Talent Index released its Top Talent 2024 report in which 7,000 Australians were surveyed on their thoughts on Australian celebrities.

Fifi fell into the top 10 category of breakfast TV and radio in terms of likeability.

Co-host Brendan declared Pippi the winner during Fifi, Fev and Nick of the Fox Thursday morning.

“Coming in at number one…with 75% likeability, our queen Fifi Box! » Brendan cheered, before confetti appeared on Pippi’s face.

” No, this is not the case. Is not! I don’t believe it,” Fifi replied humbly.

Brendan continued: “They love you all. No, you are number one! You are number one on the radio. 75 percent sympathy. You’re Australia’s friendliest radio presenter, congratulations.

“Well, that’s very nice. Thanks very much. It’s charming, said Fifi. “I really appreciate that and the people who participated in this (investigation).”

It comes after Fifi, Fev and Nick’s breakfast show topped Melbourne radio audiences.

According to the latest GFK Radio Ratings survey, the 101.9 FOX FM show attracts 663,000 listeners per day.

The hilarious program has been on the air for a decade and has also been number one among listeners in the coveted 25-54 age bracket, with 410,000 people tuning in daily.

Their success creates stiff competition for Sydney’s KIIS FM radio stars Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, whose breakfast show premieres in Melbourne on Monday, April 29.

Meanwhile, The Kyle and Jackie O Show is currently the most listened to radio show in Sydney, with 851,000 cumulative listeners every weekday.

Since its debut in January 2004, the show has enjoyed huge ratings success in Sydney and was last year crowned Australia’s most listened to radio show.

However, the duo has never been broadcast outside of Sydney before and it may take some time to establish an audience in Melbourne.

The launch date for The Kyle and Jackie O Show’s Melbourne expansion has been confirmed this month.

Kyle, 52, and Jackie, 49, revealed their show will premiere in Melbourne on Monday, April 29 at 6am.

“What we are going to do in Melbourne has never been done before. Even if you already hate Jackie, give me a chance,” Kyle joked.

“We are going to offer you a very different type of show. I’m not saying that the other series are the worst, that’s not the case. They’ve been great, but we’re offering something different.

“We stick to what we know. In terms of daily content, nothing is changing, we’re not going to dumb things down or pull back,” Jackie added.

“We can’t wait to finally be able to broadcast in Melbourne. Were excited.’

The pair promised the show would become more “inclusive” for Melbourne and include the city in its awards, which were previously restricted to Sydney residents.

In November, the duo signed a record $200 million, 10-year deal that will see them broadcast for the next decade and expand to Melbourne.
