Fifa general secretary refuses address to migrant worker deaths during Qatar World Cup

Fatma Samoura, FIFA Secretary-General, declined to answer any questions about the death a guest worker suffered during the FIFA World Cup. World Cup in Qatar

According to The Athletic, a man died while repairing the resort that was used as a training ground for the Saudi Arabian team.

Ms. Samoura stated that she didn’t believe it was appropriate for people to visit here to learn, or for us to discuss things we’ve been talking about for months and even months.
