As well as Finty, the former TOWIE star, 34, and her business partner, 33, share daughter Sunday, six, from Ferne’s previous relationship.

talking to The mirrorA source said: “Ferne and Lorri have always had a tempestuous relationship but there was a big problem over something and nothing so she decided to take some time off.”

‘Friends say it’s permanent, but who knows, since these two have so many ups and downs. Lorri has been effectively erased from her and Ferne is now taking time for herself and her two children.

Lori’s last photo on Ferne’s Instagram was in October, while Lori last posted to Ferne in September.

MailOnline has contacted Ferne representatives for comment.

In September, Ferne confessed that she and her fiancé sleep in separate rooms, after admitting they previously sought help from an intimacy coach.

Ferne has praised Lorri in the past for being a hands-on dad and shared that he even enjoys the times when he has the kids to himself.

But when Finty was born, Lorri reacted badly to the lack of sleep, leading Ferne to make the decision to have separate bedrooms.

She remembered Heat magazine: ‘At first, it was more about having our own space to sleep very well.

‘When Finty was a newborn, she didn’t sleep very well. Lorri isn’t very good when she doesn’t get much sleep, so I said, “You’re in a bad mood and this isn’t pleasant, so let’s have separate bedrooms.”

But it’s in style now, baby! It just works for us. Now we get excited during holidays and special occasions when we share a bed.”

In a previous interview with Heat, Ferne had shared how her and Lorri’s session with an intimacy coach had been “really eye-opening.”

She said they did a lot of non-sexual activities that just focused on helping them improve their communication, as well as other skills that can transfer to the bedroom, even if they don’t share one.

Ferne insisted that most parents would agree that once a baby is born, sex is out of the question as it is no longer a priority.

He also cited his pets, his business, and his television show as reasons why he struggles to find the time and energy to be intimate with Lorri.

However, one of those things is no longer on the table.

Earlier this year, Ferne took to Instagram to announce that, after seven years, her ITVBe reality show, Ferne McCann: My Family & Me, would not be returning for a 14th series.

Her post read: ‘After 13 incredible series, I have made the very difficult decision that this @fernemyfamandme series will be my last.

‘Where do I start? First of all, a huge thank you to each of you who watched my show and were on our family trip with us.

‘This show has been an incredible part of my life for the last seven years and what a journey it has been filming from when I was pregnant on Sunday until now. Your support and loyalty to me and my family have, at times, encouraged me more than you will ever know. Thank you.

‘From the day I started filming, I put my heart and soul into the series. I truly feel like I have laughed, cried, loved and lived with you, sharing all the ups and downs.

“This decision has not been easy, but it feels like now is the right time for a change. I made this decision with my children in mind (especially Sunday, who has been on this entire journey with me).

“They are my absolute priority and Sunday is now at an age where she is very much her little person and I want her to go out and take her own path.”

‘The team at @potatoitv and @itvxofficial @itv are incredible and over the years they have become part of the family too. Thank you very much for this wonderful opportunity. It is not lost on me how incredible this has been and I will treasure these memories and moments that I was lucky enough to capture forever.

‘I am eternally grateful to every person who watched the show, supported us and was there through it all. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Ferne concluded: ‘New chapters await you. Enjoy series 13 – it’s my biggest and favorite series to date. Available this Wednesday on ITVBE at 9pm and ITV X (sic).
