Home and Away fans have been thrown into a frenzy after discovering a disturbing photo posted on social media, leading them to believe a veteran of the series is leaving.
Fans recently noticed that actress Emily Weir, who has played Mackenzie Booth on the show since 2019, is currently on a big vacation in America with her former co-stars Sarah Roberts and Tim Franklin.
It recently emerged that Emily’s three-year contract on the series is expiring soon, leading fans to speculate that her “vacation” could actually be a farewell party.
Alongside a happy photo of Emily sunbathing by a hotel pool, one fan wrote: “Emily’s contract is up and she’s been traveling with Sarah Roberts and Tim Franklin.”
Meanwhile, Sarah shared a bikini photo on her Instagram account that captured Emily looking her best on vacation in California in a very skimpy swimsuit while having fun in a pool with Tim.
Sarah, 39, and Tim, 34, appeared on the long-running Channel Seven soap alongside Emily, but both left in 2021.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Channel Seven for comment.
Last month, Emily and her co-star Tristan Gorey admitted they were considering leaving the series following a recent shock death on the show.

The couple, who play lovebirds Mackenzie and Levi in the series, admitted they were affected by the recent death of the character of Felicity Newman, played by Jacqui Purvis.
‘I don’t want Mackenzie to ever die. “I want her to leave the Bay, so there’s always somewhere she can come back to,” said Emily, 33. Yahoo Lifestyle.
The brunette bombshell added that if her character were to die, she would like it to be in a very dramatic and memorable way.
‘If I had to, I’d love to be in a gunfight or something really out of place. I actually do some martial arts, like a fight scene or something.

In August, fans were left devastated when their favorite character Felicity Newman, played by Jacqui Purvis, collapsed in scenes of shock.
In the clip that made fans cry, Felicity suddenly fell to the ground when her vision went blurry during an emotional conversation with her ex-husband Tane Parata.
The character was then rushed to hospital in critical condition as promotions confirmed that he will die and actress Jacqui will be leaving Summer Bay.
Emily also shared a video that captured her having the time of her life living with her castmates in New York City, as they partied in their luxurious hotel room.
