Victoria Police fears for her safety because of her age and the time she is missing.
They have released Portia images in the hope that someone would recognize the young girl and provide information about her location.
There have been several unconfirmed sightings of the teenager around the Laverton area, 17 km southwest of the city.
Portia is described as 168 cm long with a thin build and a fair complexion. She has straight shoulder brown / blond hair and blue eyes.
There are no confirmed observations of the teenager, but the police think she was seen on March 26 with jeans and a dark red top.

The police urges everyone with information about the young girl's whereabouts to contact Altona North Police Station or Crime Stoppers.
