FC Cincinnati forward Aaron Boupendza allegedly had his jaw broken after being punched by professional boxer Quashawn Toler.
On Thursday, Cincinnati announced that Boupendza would miss 6-8 weeks after suffering an “off-field injury.”
And according to a police report obtained by The Athleticit was Toler, who has a 17-2 professional record, who caused the injury.
According to the report, Boupendza and Toler were at the Rusconi Bar & Kitchen in Cincinnati around 2 a.m. when the incident occurred.
Boupendza, 27, was also suspended last fall by his club for “disciplinary reasons.”

However, Cincinnati views Boupendza as the victim of this latest incident, according to The Athletic.
