She was wearing a dress and a light-colored bag in the security images.
Spurlock had just given birth to twins a few days earlier. She also has a four year old son, Noah, and a two year old son, Jace.
The police don't believe Spurlock knew the men before they met them that night.
She traveled to the house, about 40 miles from the bar, in the back of a car with two of the men, while another vehicle driven by the third man followed him.
All three men were identified and interrogated by the police. Investigators confirmed that they had searched both vehicles forensically, but refused to release the findings of the searches.
One of the men claimed that Spurlock & # 39; later that morning & # 39; left the house, but researchers were unable to confirm that report.
Spurlock's family has spoken openly on several occasions and said they believe that the three men do not tell everything they know and that they should know where she is.
The property in Garrard County has been subjected to various searches since Spurlock's last known location was traced there.
Last month, the police said they were making great progress in the case and are now waiting for the results of an autopsy to confirm whether the remains found last night are from Spurlock.
