A 10-year-old father has been accused of kidnapping a woman with his girlfriend and raping her after not paying any drug debt she was awarded pending a COVID-19 payment.
Douglas Dixon, 30, and partner Khloe Stace, 22, are said to have kidnapped the 28-year-old woman on April 13 before locking her in a bedroom at Dixon’s house in Maitland, near NSW’s Hunter Valley.
The woman reportedly failed to pay the couple $ 750 in drug debt incurred while waiting to receive cash through a government stimulus package.

Justice Robert Hulme said the alleged victim woke up without knowing how long she had been in the bedroom before going through a mosquito net, according to police facts filed with the Supreme Court on Tuesday.
“It is a very serious case,” he said, The Daily Telegraph reported.
“Briefly, for a relatively insignificant debt, Dixon would have taken a young woman out of her home … and taken her to his own home where she had been drugged and sexually assaulted.
“She was able to cut through a screen and get on the roof and get the audience’s attention.”
Police were called to the house by the public, and tests later revealed that the woman had Dixon’s sperm inside her, the court heard.
The 28-year-old is also said to have had oral sex on Stace before being punched in the mouth by Dixon.
She was found with a broken eye socket, a punctured lung and serious bruises, police say.
Dixon was denied bail for the third time on Tuesday after telling the court that he was the only caregiver for three of his children and could not see them while in custody.
Justice Hulme said Dixon could handle life in prison.
Both Dixon and Stace were charged with crimes, including exacerbated sexual assault in the company that caused actual physical injuries and drug-related charges.
They remain in custody and will appear in court later this month.
