Hollywood director Rob Cohen is accused of sexually abusing a 28-year-old woman at a 2015 meeting set up to discuss collaboration with a TV pilot.
Huffington Post reported that the woman, named Jane, is bringing the claim against Cohen, now 70, who has denied it by his lawyer, Marty Singer.
Jane said Cohen invited her to a business meeting in Manhattan four years ago to talk about working together on a TV pilot.

At the time, Jane played an advisory role with the pilot alongside Cohen & # 39; s daughter, Valkyrie Weather. Cohen, the director of hits like 2001 & # 39; s Fast and the Furious and 2002 & # 39; s xXx, had offered to use his Hollywood contacts to shop around the pilot.
According to Jane, Cohen chose a cigar lounge for the meeting location and ordered a drink for her, although she had not asked for it. They then continued the meeting in a restaurant near the hotel where he was staying.
At the restaurant, Jane said, Cohen ordered a carafe of wine and encouraged her to drink more.
At the meeting, Jane said Cohen had flirted with her and told her details about his sex life, although she hadn't asked for it. She said she ignored Cohen's comments because she needed the pilot money and was enthusiastic about the career opportunity.
Among the other things she remembered about the evening, she started & # 39; blurry & # 39; because she was alone with Cohen in the restaurant because the other diners had left, Cohen bent over to kiss her on the cheek and went with him to another bar.

She said her next memory regained consciousness in a bed in Cohen's hotel room. She said she was naked and that Cohen's face was in her crotch and that he had stuck his fingers in her – none of his actions were activities she had agreed to.
She said she jumped out of bed, went to the bathroom, and vomited.
When she stumbled back to the bed, she said that Cohen was trying to have sex with her, but he stopped when she told him to stop.
Although she was a social drinker at that time in her life, Jane said she did not remember drinking enough alcohol to lose consciousness or lose consciousness and that the incident did not feel like she was very drunk are & # 39 ;.
Jane returned by taxi to the house of her then boyfriend at around 1.30 a.m.
When contacted with a detailed list of questions about the alleged attack, Singer, Cohen's lawyer, sent HuffPost a letter of 13 pages denial.
& # 39; The proposed story is a scandalous defamatory hit piece, which makes extremely insulting claims that my client has committed gruesome sexual misconduct, criminal misconduct, and other inappropriate behavior, which my client has fiercely disputed and denied, "Singer wrote the news website.
He would also have warned HuffPost against & # 39; publishing this story in an attempt to update the & # 39; Feed Me Too & # 39; media frenzy with this beneficial story. & # 39;
Two people near Jane confirmed on the news site that they told them about the alleged attack immediately after the event and also mentioned it about a year later.
Jane has also shared medical records with Huffington Post, showing that within a few weeks of her meeting with Cohen she had gone to a clinic where she was being treated as a victim of sexual violence and that she was still in contact and cooperating with her alleged attacker.
Jane said she came forward after reading the public accusation of Valkyrie Weather that her father, Cohen, had harassed her while she was a toddler. The weather is depicted as a child with Cohen (left) and in a recent image (right)
Jane and Weather worked together on the TV pilot Jane had met with Cohen (photo in 2015) to discuss the night when the alleged sexual assault occurred
Jane said she continued to work with Cohen because she wanted the TV pilot to move forward and hoped that the alleged incident was a one-off mistake by a man from a previous generation who was unfamiliar with the importance of obtaining permission in sexual situations.
Emails exchanged between Jane and Cohen & # 39; s daughter, Weather, confirmed that Cohen was working with them on the TV pilot. A representative at a large TV network told HuffPost that she had discussed the pilot with Cohen.
Via Singer, Cohen said he remembered that she had met Jane in a bar to discuss the TV project in 2015, but denied that Jane was unconscious in his hotel room or that he had sexually abused her. Cohen said that Jane left as soon as their meeting ended.
Two and a half years later, Jane said she confronted Cohen with the alleged attack after the October 2017 revelations about Harvey Weinstein's sexual misconduct.
In November 2017, Jane said she sent a text & # 39; you to Cohen about what happened and noticed that & # 39; the night we met, you really hurt me and let me down. It is very difficult to hear all this about Harvey and I cannot stop thinking about what you have done. & # 39;
She also wrote that she was not & # 39; tyina in the news or something & # 39; and that all she wanted from Cohen was an apology.
About an hour after she sent the message, Cohen replied: & # 39; I am very sorry to hear this & # 39; and asked to call her the next day. During the phone call, Jane said Cohen apologized for the pain he had caused her, but made it seem like the alleged attack was a misunderstanding between drunk people.
Singer said that Cohen & # 39; recalls receiving a strange text or e-mail from (Jane) stating that she had been abused, of which my client considered a complaint she had never received for consulting about the demise. project. & # 39;
Singer also stated that Cohen: & # 39; categorically disputes that (Jane) said something to him about an alleged sexual assault during that call. & # 39;
Jane said she's going outside with her story because her one-off employee, Weather, who is Cohen's daughter, has been public about allegations that Cohen had abused her when she was a toddler.
Weather, 32, who is transgender, claimed on various social media platforms in February that she came forward about her alleged attack because she believed Cohen had also abused other people.
Cohen denied the allegations of Weather in a statement to the Hollywood reporter at the time by them & # 39; categorically false & # 39; to name.
After Jane read the Weather report about her alleged child abuse, she contacted Weather to tell her that she had also been an alleged Cohen victim.
When she sent a Facebook message in early 2019, Jane said she was not going to publish her own story, but is now doing it as a way to show support for Weather.
