The quirky two-bedroom villa that sits on the edge of a cliff in Bali, Indonesia, was the brainchild of Russian businessman Felix Demin and he spent two years converting the boat into a living space after purchasing it for an undisclosed amount from the now-defunct Mandala Airlines company.
Stays on the renovated plane now start from $1,600 per night, and for guests who want to arrive in style, there’s a helipad in the garden.

Before Anisha boards a hover plane to see the interiors, Felix explains that he’s eager to show her “how my dream came true” and describes the whole thing as a “crazy project.”

In the other “first class” bedroom, the upgrade comes in the form of a jacuzzi, which Felix installed in the cabin area of the plane for top-notch views of the surrounding jungle.
On her way out, Anisha tells viewers that she’s going to show them “something even more special” and takes a walk along one of the plane’s wings, which has been transformed into a terrace.
As he looks out from the wingtip he exclaims, ‘This incredible view! It is very impressive. I feel like I’m on the outskirts of Bali!’
