Farmer Wants A Wife’s Karli Clashes With Rival Caity After Kissing Farmer Bert: ‘It’ll Be All Mine’

On Monday’s episode of Farmer Wants A Wife, two of the contestants clashed over their man.

Karli and Caity, both dating farmer Bert, have become embroiled in a war over his affections.

And Caity emerged triumphant during a romantic date with Bert, the pair snuggling under a blanket on a canal-side dock.

As the couple bonded, they shared a sweet kiss and Caity declared, “Well, that was nice.”

The next day, the other women asked Caity if she and Bert had kissed the night before.

On Monday’s episode of Farmer Wants A Wife, two of the contestants clashed over their man. Karli and Caity (pictured), both dating farmer Bert, have become embroiled in a war over his affections.

Caity let Bert answer, but the modest farmer wouldn’t kiss and tell.

Jealous, Karli said she was sure the couple had kissed, but that hadn’t cooled her affection for the pineapple farmer.

‘I think they would have kissed, yes. I try not to think about it too much,” she said in a clip to the camera.

“Because at the end of the day, he’ll be all mine and I won’t have to worry about it,” she added.

It comes after Queensland-based Wamuran pineapple grower Bert Harris found himself in the middle of controversy.

Several fans believe that Bert is simply “a grower.”

‘To me, a farmer has sheep, cows, [and] wheat,” one fan wrote in a Facebook video about Bert.

‘Work from dawn to dusk, shearing, herding, branding sheep, soaking, plowing, harvesting. Thousands of acres…that’s my farmer, not someone who grows pineapples,” he wrote a second.

“Do any of these guys really have a farm in their name?” asked a third.

‘So, everyone owns a farm this year, right? Guess we’ll find out soon,” wrote one skeptical fan. ‘So does he own the farm or just work on it?’ asked another.

However, Bert and fellow contestant Dustin Manwaring responded to the claims in a fun chat with Yahoo Lifestyle.

The duo jokingly dismissed the claims, with Dustin mocking Bert for not being a “real farmer” due to his choice of crop.

“Apparently I’m not a real farmer,” Bert added, and Dustin joked, “Actually, you’re not!”

“I guess a pineapple farmer isn’t a farmer,” Bert jokingly replied. “Yeah, that doesn’t count as a farm.”
