The drama took place at a local rural fair, and word spread among the contestants of the shocking text.
Dean quickly confronted Teegan, who sobbed and insisted it wasn’t true, before running away crying.

The lovelorn farmer went after her, the couple embraced each other and the unfortunate incident only brought them closer.
“It really bothered me to see her cry,” Dean admitted.
Seeing the couple so in love, Hayley, who is also interested in Dean, realized that she had no chance and that Dean and Teegan had a strong bond.
Hayley stopped trying to get a date with Dean and instead opted to leave the dating show.

‘There’s definitely something between Teegan and me. There’s something special about her,” said farmer Dean.
The 25-year-old cattle and watermelon farmer from Kandanga, Queensland, and the 23-year-old childcare educator from New South Wales have had a connection from the beginning.
“I can’t wait to create the fourth generation of farmers and teach them everything I know,” Dean told Seven.
“It’s very important to me to be able to easily talk to someone about the ups and downs of our day.”
