Week 9 was a lackluster return for Sleeper Page. Bo Nix did about who we expected and Xavier Legette used touchdown deodorant to sneak in top 25 wide receiver. But even a low score couldn’t push Tyler Allgeier into the top 30 as a running back, and most of the other plays were blown. What surprised me most was Washington’s inability to force negative plays from Daniel Jones. That’s how it is. We try to make good decisions, but often variation has the last laugh.

Let’s see what Week 10 has in store. All of the players in this article are registered in less than 50% of Yahoo leagues.

Injuries to wide receivers have been a big story this fantasy season. And it’s important to remember that when catchers get hurt, it’s often the non-catchers who step up in their absence. Cade Otton wrote that story in Tampa Bay and Gesicki wants to say hello too.

Gesicki is coming off 7-73-0 and 5-100-2 lines over the past two weeks, increasing his production with Tee Higgins unavailable. Higgins is unlikely to play Thursday against Baltimore. The Ravens secondary has had more leaks with wide receivers, but it is It’s also a positive matchup for opposing tight ends.. I’ll be proactive with my use of Gesicki in Week 10, even if it means deploying more than one tight end.

Rodgers hasn’t been great in his first real season in New York, but he hasn’t been terrible either. usually ends in the 10-20 range among quarterbacks when all the points are added. But he had his best game of the season a week ago, throwing for three touchdowns and finally breaking the 20-point barrier against the Texans. That qualified as the QB10 of the week.

Garrett Wilson and Davante Adams scored in that game (Wilson scored a pair, including the incredible catch of the year), a good sign that the Jets are looking for their best players. New York’s offense likes to play at a deliberate pace, so I can never expect Rodgers to threaten 300 yards in a week. But I’d be surprised if he doesn’t have multiple touchdown passes at this spot. The Cardinals help in the case, as They rank 25th in pass defense DVOA.

The highlight of his season came in Week 6, when James Cook couldn’t go and Davis recorded 152 yards of offense. But Davis has kept up some of the work even after Cook returned, scoring touchdowns and scoring double-digit fantasy points in two of the last three games. Josh Allen’s rushing touchdowns have evaporated this year (15 in 2023, just three this year), giving a risky pick like Davis a better chance of getting home. and davis Brilliant metrics in the passing game. could lead to an expanded role in the future.

This is more of a conditional recommendation. Christian McCaffrey is likely to return this week, which would change the shape of San Francisco’s offense. The Niners also hope to have Jauan Jennings back, who is theoretically ahead of Pearsall in the pecking order. At least the game has a 1 pm ET start time, so we’ll be able to make decisions before most games start.

Even as the Niners recover, they should have a role for Pearsall. He racked up 77 total yards in his last game, including a nifty 39-yard run. And Tampa Bay’s secondary has allowed the sixth-most points to opposing wide receivers; DeAndre Hopkins tore this unit apart for three hours on Monday night. With four teams on bye and injuries all over the map, Pearsall could make sense for Fantasy managers desperate for flexible play.

McLoud has been on the periphery of fantasy value all year, used regularly but not enough to drive fantasy consideration. But the Falcons have two key injuries to their passing game this week: Drake London (hip) and Kyle Pitts (hamstring). If any of those players are ruled out, or even limited, McLoud will take a step forward in value against a faltering New Orleans defense that just traded away its signature cornerback.

His seasonal stats almost look like a typo: 10 receptions, four touchdowns. Let everyone laugh a lot. But all of the scores have come in the last four weeks, and NWI’s yards have increased in every game during that span. Without DeAndre Hopkins, Westbrook-Ikhine is someone Tennessee is counting on: his instant involvement has exceeded 90% in the last two weeks. Now the Chargers present a bad matchup for Week 10, yes. But with Minnesota, Houston and Jacksonville matchups not far away, remember the Titan.

New York’s offense hasn’t been reliable this year, but the Giants do one thing extremely well: they get after the opposing quarterback. Whether you prefer new-school or old-school stats: Giants rankings first in bags and first in interruption rateand it is glorious that they can do this without relying too much on bombardment. Now Big Blue is targeting Bryce Young, one of the least experienced quarterbacks in the league. Expect some negative plays to flow on Sunday morning.
