Fans of Killing Eve are shocked when Dasha kills Niko and frames Villanelle before his death

Eagle-eyed Killing Eve fans reveal how handwriting on a murder scene could lead Eva to the real culprit after Villanelle was charged with the crime

  • WARNING: SPOILERS
  • Killing Eve fans were left behind after Villanelle was charged with murdering Nico
  • Dasha killed Niko for Eva in the closing moments of last night’s episode
  • Left a note about the murder weapon hoping to turn Eve against Villanelle
  • But eagle-eyed fans think the Villanelle handwriting will indemnify the crime

Killing Eve fans were concerned about the future of the relationship between Eve and Villanelle after the killer was charged with murder on last night’s episode.

Killer Dasha (Dame Harriet Walker) was tasked with driving a wedge between the two women as Villanelle’s “employers” became increasingly concerned about her erratic behavior.

She came up with the plan to stab Niko (Owen McDonnell) dead to Eve (Sandra Oh) after luring her to the Polish farm where he worked.

To make it look like Villanelle (Jodie Comer) was responsible, Dasha copied one of the killer’s signature moves and left a note on the murder weapon before escaping the scene.

The note, which was tied with ribbon to the end of the pitchfork, said: “Still got it.”

But other eagle-eyed fans suggested that Eva might see the trick, as the handwriting doesn’t match Villanelle’s.

They pointed out that Eve has already received similar notes from Villanelle, written in a much more elegant script than at the crime scene.

A fan wrote on Twitter: ‘Of course Eva will know that V is not the one who did that, because she will clearly notice that the handwriting is different and V will not write’ I still have it ‘on a note. She is far too smart for that. She always leaves subtle hints. ‘

Another fan posted: “If Eve falls for that note, I’m done because this woman could find out that a random nurse who told her to” slim it down “in the hospital toilets committed a lot of murders and that’s all I “I say #KillingEve. ‘

A third added, “I’m saying this, Villanelle should know better tonight than thinking she’s leaving this note. Villanelle makes statements. A note and a ribbon? No. #KillingEve. ‘

Others suggested that Dasha’s letter may have been a message to Villanelle, proving that she “still has it” even though she is about to retire.
