After injuring her ankle in a game against the Atlanta Dream on Monday, Caitlin Clark began snatching ankles from her opponents.
Clark sprained his ankle in the first quarter in a terrifying scene that saw the star point guard fall to the ground screaming in pain.
He eventually returned to the track and put on a show for fans at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
Among his many highlights of the evening was a behind-the-back, ankle-breaking dribble that dazzled and delighted.
Clark’s quick change of direction took the ankles off Dream’s guard, Maya Caldwell.

He then cleaned up his effort with a nice drive to the basket and a layup for two points.
It was one of those plays that looked amazing at full speed, but looked even better at slower speeds.
Clark didn’t stop suddenly to get Caldwell out of the way, but instead drove down the lane and scored the contested layup to end the play.
Clark’s fans lost their minds after the clip of the play surfaced, with many praising the former Iowa star.
“The entire crowd was shocked,” one person commented on Twitter, noting how the audience reacted to the play.

Another decided to make a prediction about the Rookie of the Year race between Clark and Chicago Sky center Angel Reese, saying, “Just stop all these Rookie of the Year debates (laughing emoji), they’re not even close.”
The Internet went crazy when the slow-motion clip of the action went viral on social media.
In total, Clark scored 19 points, made 6 of 14 shots, grabbed seven rebounds, had seven assists and two steals in the 85-79 victory over the Dream.
Indiana’s Kelsey Mitchell led the team with 29 points along with seven rebounds, while Aliyah Boston recorded a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds.
The Dream were led by veteran center Tina Charles, who had 28 points and eight rebounds on the night as one of four starters to score double figures.
Indiana currently sits in seventh place in the WNBA playoffs and the team has a three-and-a-half-game lead over the rest of the postseason. It sits 11.5 games behind the league-leading New York Liberty.
