Ladd said starring in Charlie’s Angels was one. The blonde beauty referred to it as a “rocket time.”
But the sudden fame was “in some ways, the best of times and the worst of times.”
He explained that it was a lot of work. “People forget that when you did a show like Charlie’s Angels, there were 29 episodes (per season),” he explained. “And not to mention, in all the costume fittings and all the interviews, we just worked ourselves to the bone.”
And she was a first-time mom at the time.
He continued: ‘I had a two-year-old daughter when I started Charlie’s Angels. It was really very difficult on many levels. During the series, I got divorced (from my first husband, David Ladd). So, yeah, a lot of things happened then.
She now plays a country singer in A Cowgirl’s Song.
‘It’s so warm, fun and great music. It was a lot of fun (filming). And I loved playing that grandmother,” she told Page Six.
