There were rumors of a feud between Swift, 34, and Mahomes, 29, over her support of Donald Trump, with one report claiming they didn’t sit next to each other at the Kansas City Chiefs game because they wanted “different vibes.”
It seems those feud reports were exaggerated, as Taylor and Brittany were seen happily hugging each other at the tennis tournament in Queens.
Many fans took to social media over the weekend to express their disappointment that Swift is still friends with Mahomes, despite Brittany’s support for Trump.
Some even called the global pop star a “coward” for remaining friends with Mahomes despite not only her support for Trump but also defending her brother-in-law Jackson Mahomes amid sexual assault allegations and more.

Another user, @stormiewrites, referenced her 2020 Miss Americana documentary, where she talked about championing Pride month.
“Remember in her documentary when she said she thinks it’s so cowardly of her to wish happy pride month and then not stand up when someone literally comes at them… and now she’s best friends with someone who supports him and has been silent about literally everything?” @stormiewrites said.
