Sophie Guidolin shocked her followers after an Instagram account shared a series of old images of the controversial influencer.
In the before and after photos, published by before.after_influencersThe 34-year-old looked markedly different from her older days.
Her lips and cheeks appeared fuller and her face more sculpted than before.
“I would say there is a big difference in the structure of her face now – look at the placement of her eyebrows and cheeks, as well as the size of her lips,” the account wrote.
‘A lot of influencers are pretty transparent about the work they’ve done, so maybe she’ll talk openly about it in the future.’
Another comment read: “Whoever says this girl is natural should go to Specsavers.”
Another chimed in: “Don’t worry about the huge amount of work involved,” while another said: “Too much plastic!!”
Others were quick to defend her, with one fan writing: “I’m pretty. Sophie has always maintained she’s never had fillers or botox. Such natural beauty!”

Sophie recently addressed her fans’ concerns about a lump in her breast that they noticed in her photos.
She explained that her breast implant had “ruptured” and fluid had been leaking all over her “body.” It seems she recently went to the hospital to undergo removal surgery.
She then showed the implant that ruptured in her body, as well as all the fluid that leaked into her body.
“This is what broke and leaked all over my body,” he said, as he pulled the implant out of a container with a pair of tweezers.
A thick gel, resembling saline solution, dripped from a hole in the implant at an alarming rate, filling the bucket held beneath it.

Fans expressed fears for Sophie’s health in February when they noticed a worrying lump in her breast.
The fitness guru shared photos on Instagram to show off the fun activities she did, but fans were more interested in the alarming-looking bulge in her breast.
Most of the images showed only a small scar, but others showed a worrying lump near the center of the chest.
“Hi Sophie, I’m not sure if it’s the angle of the photo but it looks like you have a lump in your breast on the left,” one fan wrote in her comments.
Another added: “I came here to say the same thing. I love that the sisterhood looks out for each other. I wish you good health, Sophie.”
Sophie was quick to respond to her concerned fans, writing: ‘Yes again I have mentioned that I have been having some health issues over the last few months or so.
“I will share it (hopefully) when it is a scar and not a wound.”

She addressed her personal health issue publicly in response to several private messages from fans referring to the visible mark.
“Is your chest okay, gorgeous?” one concerned DM began. “It looks like it hurts.”
While Sophie didn’t give any details about the specific issue, she did reveal that she has been dealing with medical issues that she prefers to keep out of the spotlight.
“As always guys, a reminder once again: you never know what someone else is going through, always be kind,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories.
Sophie stressed the importance of maintaining privacy and choosing to “share the scar, not the wound,” highlighting a lesson she has learned about the power of privacy and selective sharing.
“I’ve decided to keep my medical issues off Instagram, I hope you understand.”
