NFL fans were impressed by Grammy-winning a cappella group Pentatonix as they performed the National Anthem minutes before the start of the Texans-Ravens game on Christmas Day.
The five-member group sang harmonies, combined with a vocal base, that wowed many NFL fans online.
Pentatonix formed in 2011 to compete on the NBC competition show ‘The Sing-Off’, which they won. The group has sold out stadiums since then.
They also won three Grammy Awards and were honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last year.
As the cameras focused on NFL stars listening to the National Anthem, such as Lamar Jackson and CJ Stroud, they seemed amused by the voices, unlike those at the 2018 NBA All-Star Game with Fergie’s interpretation.
Here’s a collection of what NFL fans on social media thought about the acapella legends.
