Famous porn star Paul Little, better known as Max Hardcore, has passed away at the age of 66 from septic shock and pneumonia.
Little, known for his extreme and humiliating scenes, was undergoing radioactive iodine treatment amid a year-long battle with thyroid cancer when he died.
He was almost done with chemotherapy,” said his manager, Paul Munoz. AVN.

“I don’t believe in evil, but the feeling I had when I was within walking distance of that bastard was that I was in his presence.”
