So what should you do?
What are the five steps for radiant skin?
* Wear sunscreen every day
* Drink lots of water
* Eat a colorful, anti-inflammatory diet filled with fish, vegetables, seeds and nuts
* Sleep regularly, at least seven hours, and avoid stress
* Keep your skin care regime simple
& # 39; (Most importantly) is that you wear sunscreen every day over an antioxidant serum to protect your skin from harmful UV rays and free radicals, & # 39; Melanie told the publication.
In addition, lots of water and a & # 39; colorful, anti-inflammatory diet & # 39; the key.
Regarding the foods that you should increase in your diet for good skin, Melanie said: & lots of fish, vegetables, seeds and nuts & # 39; are the answer to a dull complexion.
& # 39; Sleep regularly, at least seven hours, and avoid stress, & # 39; she added.

The beautician said that when it comes to your skin care routine, less really is more.
& # 39; Use a simple, targeted skin care regime to maintain your skin, & # 39; she said.
Melanie favors a vitamin C serum during the day and a retinol serum & night, as well as a great moisturizer and a gentle exfoliant.
& # 39; Too many steps or products will make it too complicated, resulting in a lack of consistency and sensitive or reactive skin, & # 39; she said.

SPF is also her hero product:
& # 39; Although I see that treatments such as Fraxellaser, IPL, light therapy and peels are very effective in repairing the most damaged complexion, a broad spectrum of good quality sunscreen that is worn every day allows the skin to repair itself & # 39 ;, she told Daily Mail Australia.
