Celebrity Big Brother housemate Ekin-Su Culculoglu has been accused of “playing a game” by a star of the show, after she attracted attention by questioning Gary Goldsmith.
The Love Island star, 29, questioned the businessman, 59, Kate’s uncle, about how the Princess of Wales is doing while recovering from abdominal surgery.
While Ekin-Su’s blunt interrogation was praised by viewers watching at home, Oti Mabuse has claimed his tactics may be part of a bid to increase screen time.
Speaking on spin-off show Late and Live, Oti said she was “doubtful” about Ekin-Su’s motive so far, but praised her for speaking candidly about her struggles with Fern Britton.
She said, “It’s beautiful to see that vulnerability and it’s actually a strength that she has,” but added that her “toxic other side of Oti” believes Ekin-Su could be getting close to certain housemates to increase her screen time. .

The response came in the American celebrity magazine People, asking for transparency about the princess’s condition.
A spokesperson told the outlet: “He focuses on his work and not social media.”
The rebuttal comes less than a week after royal advisers spoke out to condemn “social media madness” as conspiracy theories about the Princess of Wales’ health continue to circulate.
