Porn star Kagney Linn Karter died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at the age of 36, authorities revealed.
Cuyahoga County officials who investigated the case listed Karter’s cause of death as an intraoral shotgun wound, meaning he placed the shotgun inside his mouth before operating the weapon, according to TMZ.
Her death, which has shocked friends and fans, comes amid a resurfaced report of her previous feud with Chris Brown in which she claimed he paid her $2,500 to be a date and posted a photo of the singer’s genitals on line.

Karter also said Brown thought the deal they made included sex, and when she refused to sleep with the Next to You singer, he proceeded to bully her online, TMZ reported.
He reportedly tweeted things like “NEVER F*** A WOMAN BEATER EW DISGUSTING” and “HE’S PURE EVIL” about Brown.
A source previously told Mirror that “Chris never met her or had any contact with her.”

Two of Karter’s family friends, Rachel and Megan, created a donation page to help raise funds to help Karter’s mother, Tina, pay for memorial services.
“Unfortunately, despite all of her impressive accomplishments and talents, Kagney struggled with mental health issues as the years went by,” Rachel and Megan said.
“Yet, even on her darkest days, she still showed up in the studio, always ready to learn, contribute, and improve in any small way she could accomplish.”
The porn star reportedly took her own life at her home, according to a GoFundMe page set up by her friends on behalf of Kagney’s mother to raise funds for the funeral.
