Zobayan’s family in lawsuits responding to a wrongful death process say that injuries or damage suffered by those on board the fatal crash of January 26 were “caused in whole or in part by plaintiffs’ negligence or blame.” Bryant is depicted with his daughter Gianna
“All injuries or damage to claimants and / or their deceased were directly or partially caused by the negligence or fault of claimants and / or their deceased, including their knowledge and voluntary confrontation with the risks involved,” the pilot’s family wrote in his response to the lawsuit: The blast reports.
It was not clear which of the pilots’ relatives responded to the widow’s trial. Zoboyan, 50, left a 11-year-old friend and her two children whom he treated like his revealed a close friend to DailyMail.com.
The pilot’s family goes on to say in court documents that “this negligence was a major factor in causing their alleged damage, for which this respondent defendant is not responsible.”
In the same filing, Zobayan’s family also notes that several third parties could have contributed to the eventual fate of the flight by justifying responsibility for the deadly crash.
The family says’ that all injuries or damage to plaintiffs and / or their deceased were directly or partially caused by negligence, guilt or wrongful conduct by third parties that this respondent defendant did not control or have the right to control, and for which this respondent defendant is not responsible. ‘
Bryant’s widow Vanessa filed the wrongful death sentence against Island Express Helicopter on February 24. An unnamed legal representative for the deceased pilot was also named in the legal process.

The suit claims that Zobayan was careless and negligent flying in cloudy conditions.
