Dulos disappeared four months ago after dropping her children off at school.

Her body was not found, but the police suspect that she was seriously attacked in her house in the following hours.

Within a week, her estranged husband, Fotis Dulos and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, were arrested on charges of tampering with evidence and impeding prosecution.

The new police in Canaan said in arrest warrants that two people who looked like Fotis Dulos and Troconis were caught in Hartford on the video of the disappearance.

Fotis Dulos was also seen dumping bags that later turned out to contain his wife's blood and clothing Stamford Advocate reported.

Police said Jennifer Dulos was the victim of & # 39; serious physical abuse & # 39; after they found blood in the garage of her house.

The lawyer reports that Fotis Dulos was lurking according to the arrest warrants & # 39; when Jennifer Dulos came home around 8.05 am to drop off the children.

However, in a session this week, attorney Norm Pattis criticized the most recent statement of the arrest warrant and said it published what the & # 39; police & # 39; believed what has happened so far, Hartford Courant reported.

Fotis Dulos and Traconis were released after placing a $ 500,000 bond, but he was forbidden from contacting his children.

Fotis Dulos will be back in court on 4 October and Traconis on 10 October.

His lawyer has even publicly stated that Dulos may have staged her own disappearance or committed suicide as part of a & # 39; Gone Girl & # 39; inspired plot, based on the novel about a woman framing her husband for her fake murder.

& # 39; I want to thank all these people who have given me their support. I just want to tell you how much I love my children and I can't wait to see them & he said.

Troconis did not speak to the media and changed her story in August to admit to the police that she had made an alibi for her rich boyfriend, according to legal documents.

In the meantime, Luft thanked the authorities for their support in the investigation.
