When interviewed by police, Beard initially claimed he was a driver for the popular ride-share service, but then admitted that he was only posing as one. Beard is seen above being tasks into custody earlier this year
Court records indicate that when Beard was arrested, he was wearing a "fully-erect" artificial penis.
Investigators also searched Beard's car and found a loaded gun, a bottle of hair conditioner, and a fake Uber mounted light on his dashboard.
Beard is being hero on $ 30,000 bond.
When interviewed by police, Beard initially claimed he was a driver for the popular ride-share service, but then admitted that he was only posing as one.
